E.S.C.H. GmbH, established in 1992, is head-quartered in Unterwellenborn in the German state of Thuringia. With a wide range of products and services in the specialised plant engineering sector, we guarantee proficient and professional support in the area of pneumatic material handling systems. We are an expert contact point for those in industries working with iron, steel, non-ferrous metals, chemicals, power plants and food processing, from requirement-based process development to the acceptance of a turn-key plant.
Due to increasing energy prices and a decreasing supply of fossil fuels, alternative processes are becoming more and more attractive in industry. Here we focus in particular on the sustainable use of natural resources, on technologies for reducing the use of fossil fuels and on decreasing and preventing the emission of pollutants in exhaust gas.
We offer technologies and services as well as research and development work tailored especially to our customers' needs. For decades we have had an established presence on the global market with our innovative technologies and products. As a result, we have constructed and installed a variety of metering, injection, adsorption and conveyance systems for blast furnaces, electric steel plants and converter steel mills, aluminium smelter plants and other industrial facilities.
We meet the high requirements of our international customers with a high level of quality, safety and cost-effectiveness, together with an extensive range of services. We provide solutions for technical process problems from development, planning and implementation to commissioning and follow-up process technology support for entire plants, including process development and control and complex automation.
The commitment of E.S.C.H. GmbH in the area of research and development has already led to a measurable increase of acceptance among customers and greater demand for the company's technical engineering services and, as a result, to an expansion of our customer base.
The installation of test facilities on a small technical scale allows research results that reflect actual practice. We can quickly apply the knowledge gleaned from these trials in pilot or production plants.
Our material handling technology, pneumatic conveyance, is adapted specifically for meeting technical objectives.
This technology is used for
the pneumatic conveyance or metering of extremely abrasive powders, abrasion-sensitive granular materials, very fine powders and materials that are inhomogeneous or heavy.
This process guarantees that the respective granular material is conveyed carefully and not destroyed in transport.
